Finally had a chance to re-write my review. I had one all written out and it erased! This gym and Eddy has been a game changer for me. If I could be there 24/7 I would. I am currently on month three and can already tell I've had great progress. I came from just doing cardio at In-Shape and knowing nothing about weight lifting or crossfit. I knew it was time to build muscle. I ended up getting a trainer that was a friend of a friend. He ended up charging me a lot for basically nothing. I found Fitness For Health from a buddy and inquired. Eddy told me his prices and couldn't believe that it was less and was offering way more. I'm doing the personal training, three times a week. It also includes biometric testing, meal plan, and unlimited boot camps. It is worth every dollar! I am even thinking about cancelling my membership at In-Shape. I was nervous to start again with a trainer because sometimes you don't know if you'll vibe right with them and I didn't end up wanting a bad trainer like the one I had before but Eddy is awesome. He's knowledge, always answers my questions and is always there pushing and motivating me. He quickly becomes your friend yet still gives you all those skills and motivation that a trainer gives you! You can tell he cares for his people! Long story short! Wish I would of signed up a long time ago! Everything about here is awesome! I've been recommending him to all my people!
