How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is a crucial component of good health as there is a direct correlation between nutrition and health.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I provide fitness/personal training services, but also guidance of the best type and amount of exercise based upon their body type that will help them reach their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Patience, discipline, and understanding and acceptance of your body. The worst thing anyone can do is to compare their body to someone else's. Many of the images on social media and magazines are doctored, filtered or surgically altered. Knowing your body, your body type and setting realistic expectations is key.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to achieve what they doubted they would be able to do. I know firsthand the challenge of losing weight. I struggled for most of my life. I doubted my ability and had almost given up. But I heard a voice from God tell me, "Don't settle, you can do it". I love to see when the light bulb comes on for my clients, and they go from defeated and doubtful, to successful and thriving in their healthy lifestyle journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own journey of finally losing 60lbs. Other people saw my results, were encouraged and hopeful for their own success, they asked me to help them, and here we are.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about what I do. My passion stems from my understanding that this is my life's work. This is what I am called to do with my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do it. I understand the challenges of making changes firsthand, so I can relate to the struggle. I have been successful, and I have helped and influenced countless others during this process. My weight loss groups lost over 5K pounds, I have clients that have lost 20-150lbs. I'm trained, I'm experienced and I'm passionate about helping you reach your goals.

Yes, my services are primarily online. I conduct sessions with individuals from across the country utilizing Zoom for our sessions. The clients typically start with 3lb-10lbs weights. As they progress in their strength, I ask them to purchase the next size up so that they can continue to challenge their muscles.

To keep my customers safe from Covid-19, I have converted my services are primarily virtual.

I provide virtual personal training services to clients to help them improve their muscle endurance, get stronger, and toned.
