Adequate. They have cardio equipment, dumbbells, machines, free weights, barbells, two power racks, and three flat benches for pressing. Cost of a drop-in is $11, not too bad. The floor isn't level, making deadlifts and squats challenging and the weights and bars are a bit low quality... But it's there and you can train. All in all, it's adequate. More...

This is the only place I will ever workout in downtown STL!! My wife and I have been members here for two years and have nothing but good things to say. Brandon, the manager, is very helpful and always quick to resolve any equipment issues. The facilities and equipment are very well cared for- one of the cleanest gyms I have ever belonged to. They are constantly updating the equipment which is a huge plus! To anyone considering a membership here, I would definitely recommend going in and trying it out. More...

"Bodybuilding" style gym. Good equipment and plenty of variety. Never used a personal trainer, but I speak with them occasionally and they seem to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
