I don’t go here as much as I used to because I moved a little further away but I still have a membership because it is my favorite gym it is very big and there is a lot of equipment to choose from and separated off areas. The pool and hot tub is always kept very nice and it is really big in size. The sauna also is really tidy and hot. Lastly I enjoy the track upstairs for running because you have the corners where you can do floor workouts. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!! More...

Evolution Fitness in Buffalo is the best gym by far. It has absolutely everything for your fitness needs and also has a pool. The upper level is a walking track which I absolutely love. You can walk it, jog it or run it. Large clean bathrooms with lockers for your personal belongings. (Bring your own lock). Lots of showers too. They also have an amazing amount of fitness classes. Great place to work out, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Brandon is an awesome personal trainer and got me in great shape for the tough mudder and rugged maniac last year. Facility is very clean. I love that they offer activities and classes for Zumba, Yoga, Step, etc. even an indoor triathlon that I participated in this Spring. I highly recommend this place! More...

I usually say when recommending it, ``it's a beautiful, beautiful facility.'' I've belonged to many fitness centers, YMCAs, taken thousands of fitness classes, and this is the nicest facility I've ever had the pleasure of being able to use, and the staff is the nicest, too, and it's even very reasonably priced.

Wonderful place. You'll feel welcome no matter what shape you are in. Plenty of machines of all kinds, a pool, dry heat sauna, hot tub, classes, and a kids corner. Reasonable prices.

I have been a member of Fitness Evolution for more than three years, I am talking about a guy who goes to this gym for at least five days a week, it is a place to be if you want to meet your fitness goals. Great staff, great trainers, and friendly members. You can relate to them easily. We’ve been going here for probably 6 years, we started because my medical insurance would reimburse us for going so we tried Fitness Evolution and found it very friendly, many people willing to help you and answer questions for you. You can just stop by when you want and work out or take one of their many classes or even get a personal trainer to get you in lean mean condition! This is a great gym. Great class offerings. Great support from staff. Very clean. All the equipment is well maintained. If anything needs maintenance, they are quick to get it done. It’s like having a Lifetime Gym at Anytime prices. We use both Monticello and Buffalo locations. They do a fantastic job with the boxing classes. It’s very affordable. The teachers are great. They don’t burn you out by over doing it like other local boxing clubs do. They encourage you and you’re able to keep coming back... not just a 10 week challenge, but a lifestyle of fitness that you can handle for the rest of your life. More...

Body pump class at Fitness Evolution keeps me pumped up both physically and mentally. The exercise, the music, the instructors and the women and men in the classes are important in keeping me healthy and in shape.
