The staff is friendly but you can never find certain equipment such as dumb bells or the cable machine attachments. They are scattered everywhere. The majority of the members at this gym don’t bother re-racking their weights and the gym staff don’t seem to care which is annoying. I have never been to a gym where this is not enforced. I enjoy coming to this gym but sometimes I can’t even finish my workout because of this. More...

The cancellation process is HORRIBLE! That alone would make me not sign up with them again. I’m currently on hold. It has been 5+ hrs. I’ve been “caller #5” for an hour. Pretty sure they do it on purpose to discourage cancelling. Sounds like a class action lawsuit is needed to recoup all of our lost membership fees due to this inconvenient cancellation process.
