Tara is an excellent trainer. She helps me stay on track with training better than any other trainer I've had. She's always prepared for my sessions, varying my training routines to help me reach my goals. Tara is knowledgable and professional. She's also a great motivator and fun to work with! I established my own personal training enterprise through organic growth. In 1999, I initiated my career as an independent trainer, initially serving clients within their residences. Over the course of three decades, my enduring presence in the industry can be attributed solely to referrals stemming from the tangible results I deliver and the comprehensive educational guidance I impart.

I create workouts that accommodate what you have available and fits seamlessly into your lifestyle , helping you stay accountable and motivated to become the best version of yourself. I also work on "PREHAB" exercises that prevent injury so there are no limitations or future setbacks.
