After working with Austin I have noticed not only a positive physical change, but also a positive change in mindset. He listened to my personal goals and catered my workouts to fit my needs. I am no longer afraid to wear shorts, and look forward to wearing a swim suit this summer! I have always been intimidated going into large gyms but the small private setting of Fit By Design was perfect! highly recommend him to anybody looking to make a positive change in their life. We will setup a free consultation where we will meet and discuss your goals, medical history/any injuries related to fitness, previous experience, etc. We will then conduct a free fitness assessment to determine a baseline starting point for your journey! From there, I will create a personalized exercise regime tailored for you individually, as well as discuss nutrition tips, habits, and other mental aspects of beginning a fitness transformation!

Discipline and consistency. Stick with it, its a race not a marathon.

Seeing many different people, who range in age, gender, body type, and goals describe to me how they have improved not only their body, but their overall mental state, mobility, and self-confidence!

Fitness has been extremely important and a passion of mine since high school. I was an overweight kid/teenager and finally decided to try and do something about it. I absolutely fell in love with lifting weights and the rest is history! I wanted to share my experience, knowledge and strategies with others!

I would say the most important aspect of finding a fitness coach is to find someone who will push you, yet empathizes with your situation. A good coach knows your struggles and leads and motivates you every step of the way. I believe I can be that coach for you.

COVID-19 Procedures for private studio training
Team members will take clients temperature upon entry. No one will be permitted with a temperature above 99.6.
Comprehensive deep cleaning and disinfecting processes in the club every morning and before closing.
Hand sanitizing and cleaning stations throughout the club that provide disinfecting products for members to apply before and after using equipment.
Everyone will wash or sanitize hands upon entry
All trainers will be required to wear masks
No more than 8 people will be on the workout floor at one time, to ensure we maintain social distancing standards.
Guidance for members to adhere to health and social distancing requirements.
Bring and wear a mask/gloves if you choose but not required while exercising.
