Hi there! I am a mobile personal trainer and I can help you accomplish your goals safely & quickly. I bring all of my own equipment (although if you have your own, we can definitely use that!). I have experience with clients between 17-92 years old, some who simply want to lose weight or even clients recovering from surgery/injuries.
