This is my gym and I love it. I recently started a class called Super Seniors and I LOVE IT! Rachel and Sarah switch off, but I'm tellin' ya, it's kick a-- every time. It's full function, challenging, body toning, abs, core, -- everything I could want and they mix it up every time for a new challenge. Great people in this class, too! Open 24hrs...im there at 4am, so I never interact with the staff but they were nice when I did once...plenty of equipment. ..they seem pretty good at fixing them fast...a few meatheads slinging weights around...the members seem nice, but I have never talked to anyone there...i have had no complaints...looks like they offer a lot of classes, I have never taken any. Friendly staff, updated equipment, two locations, private women's gym and 24 hr access are what keep me going. I have to say that there are two negative aspects, that I've encountered. I don't have any experience at other gyms, but don't really want to either. Fabulous environment, great facilities, instead of letting the equipment grow stagnant and wear down, they reinvest money into what needs it. The staff and group classes are great and keep people moving in a direction they want to go. Smiling happy people and place, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is great, the equipment is great, the environment is great. It's a great place. Some people would go so far as to say excellent even. Oh I forgot to say, the classes are great. And the rock wall... it's great too. The locker rooms at the East location - very spiffy. Also fairly happy about the results of going there and making an effort. Oh did I mention fantastic trainers? I love that people of all ages and fitness levels work out there, and it's a community that builds the members up. Tanning and Aqua massage and smoothies are all superb extras. So, all in all; I'd give it two thumbs up. I'd give it 5 stars, I'd give it a high 5 and a down low, but I'd never ever give it a too slow. PS. Parking is ample. More...
