Fitness 1440 is a wonderful gym located in Norton. I moved to Attleboro right on the Norton line and was so happy to find Fitness 1440. I quickly canceled my other gym membership after trialing their free 7 day pass. The facility is spacious and filled with a variety of equipment and group fitness rooms to meet all your work out needs! There is even a childcare room and smoothie bar. The staff are super friendly and always greet you as you enter or leave. The gym is truly open 24/7 which is a great feature. The gym equipment is new, plentiful, and there are two floors worth of them. The only downside to the gym is the membership fee, which recently went up and is high when you compare them to other similar facilities. Overall, I really enjoy working out here and would recommend Fitness 1440 to all! More...

Update...since starting at Fitness 1440 several months ago I've lost roughly 30lbs. The whole team there has been super supportive of my journey.
The facility is clean, bright & cheerful. I took the 1st Metabolism Reset group with Alex and serveral ladies. The class was so supportive and Alex was knowledgeable, helpful with all of my questions in addition to being super supportive. This gym has an incredible family like atmosphere. When you here you feel like a family and that's such a nice feeling to have. Jennifer & the whole team has been so encouraging and wonderful. I'm happy to be part of the Fitness 1440 family.
OCTOBER 2017 - I went Monday night for the 1st time. Nice and clean facility. Wonderful state of the art equipment. I took the Bmax class the instructor was so nice and accommodating as I'm a super beginner. She gave me modifications for all exercises gave me extra attention and motivation. It was a 2 part class only did the 1st 30 minute class but got my sweat on for sure. I will be back tomorrow morning for sure. Thanks for the kindness to ALL of the staff for making me feel welcome. Wanted to attend for a couple of weeks before writing this review. AWESOME! The new paint, new equipment, the new faces could fade. ..but they have not!!!!!!! It's not just "new" equipment, it is modern equipment, state of the art! The staff is AWESOME, knowledgeable, attentive, but also not invasive. I mean they can help, educate, promote or just say "good morning" with a smile and let you do your own thing. Don't waste another minute, you've only got 1440 of them today...GO GET SOME! Big fan here. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I love the Cardio room and the shakes from the Juice Bar. My favorite part of my membership is the classes. The trainers who run them are fantastic and I always get a great workout in. I feel like I get the workout benefit of a personal training session without the pressure and cost. I love that I can drop my four month old at their Playcare and know he is in good hands while I take some "me-time". Love it! More...

Everything you could possibly want in a gym. I started off with a 7 day free trial and was blown away by how welcoming and helpful the staff is. It's never too busy and I've NEVER felt intimate (which has been my biggest struggle at the numerous other gyms I've been to). So tonight I took my first HIIT class! Oh man, let me tell you! Haha! I was so nervous, I didn’t know anyone else in the class and have never done this kind of workout. Mind you, I worked out for 45 mins before the class to kill time. Let me just tell you this was one of the best experiences of my life! The women that leads the class is a Patriots Cheerleader and she is so inspirational! She was so excited that I was joining her class and made sure to introduce herself to me. Now clearly I’m not in the best of shape, so throughout the class I had to modify a few things, but the whole time she encouraged me and made me push myself. Everyone in the class was so supportive and the little breaks you get in between, they were all giving me thumbs up..which made me want to keep going. A few times I wanted to pack up my mat and leave, but didn’t. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a room full of strangers doing an intense workout that wasn’t the easiest for me, as I did tonight. I am so proud of myself for not giving up and pushing myself to the extreme. After the class I thanked Khamare for making me feel so comfortable and for pushing me. She was so appreciative and thanked me for joining her class. Now, I may not be able to move for the next week but I feel fantastic!!! I’m looking forward to next weeks class! More...
