AWESOME gym with GREAT trainers, they keep track of your progress very closely and keep updating your workout routine for maximum results! My trainer Ryan has been very helpful and motivates me to do my very best when it comes to my physical health. Great remodel after they bought it from charter. Equipment selection is good. Very clean. Not crowded. Worth the membership price. Only detractor was the front desk girl who was smoking right out front. Not a big deal but not what I want to see or smell on my way in. I get it though as I used to smoke and when you need one you need one. No reason not to get a membership here if you are local. More...

Love this place!! The manager Tony is awesome and very helpful with whatever you need always there to answer any questions you have or just to get an update on how you are doing. We switched from planet fitness because it felt cold and was always packed there here at fitness 120 it’s great like everyone is a family and they even remember your names!!
