What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that FITNESS is all inclusive. Regardless of your abilities and disabilities there is something fitness related for everyone. It’s universal and can improve the mental and physical well-being for anyone. A good trainer is able to develop a custom fitness routine to meet you where ever your current skill set is and to adapt the activities as you become more proficient.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The world of fitness has changed. Remote personal training gives people a new way to get effective, custom workouts.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a veteran trainer with 20 years of results. I have expertise in working with the general healthy population as well as medical conditions, weight management, older adults and women’s health to include pregnancy (pre/post) and menopause.

Remote training is my primary offering. We will have an initial telephone meeting to determine whether or not we would benefit from working together. An agreed upon time is set to begin our remote sessions. You will need a clutter free space and a smart device for us to get started.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote training has been the answer for me to keep my clients safe from Covid-19. The face of fitness has been forced to change. Exercise is now being done minus the use of physical gyms and fitness centers. Remote training keeps you in your safe space where the attention can be focused 100% on getting results.
Nutrition Coaching
A Nutrition Coach will help you set reasonable goals to change your eating habits. Weekly coaching sessions will give you the support that you need to stay on the plan. A meal plan will give you specific foods to eat.
