At FITFAST20 we offer EMS training. EMS stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation, or Electric MyoStimulation, and is a highly effective full-body workout. EMS activates up to 92% of muscles simultaneously, utilizing low and mid-frequency electric currents to significantly increase the body’s natural muscle contractions.

Our 20-minute training sessions are always conducted with a certified personal trainer. People of all age groups and fitness levels can train with EMS. EMS-Training is designed as full body personal training and as such promotes weight loss, increases physical strength, stimulates muscle growth, and improves sports performance. The workout can be adapted to numerous training goals and FITFAST20 is dedicated to assisting you in reaching these goals.
