Changed my life for the better in every measurable way. I feel better than I ever have, I have more energy, Im happy all the time, and I look for excuses to take my shirt off. Started at Fiternity about 7 months ago. They have the best coaches, and a culture that promotes kindness, enthusiasm and joy. It's a place where world class athletes stop their workouts to cheer you on for being able to get the bar over your head the first time. It is the opposite of every critique of Crossfit you have ever read. -There is constant training and reinforcement on technique. The coaches primary concern is your physical and emotional well being.-Coaches scale a workout for each person, every day; attune to that persons abilities and experience. You get a personal training session in every class.-The athletes you train amongst are world class, and also just uniquely kind people - There is a culture which promotes attacking your workout and giving 100% every class. There is a deep respect for when someone gives it their all, whatever that looks like (in my case it is often a very very ugly mess)Ive done Orange Theory, HIIT classes, Expensive gym, home training Apps, long distance running. Amazing facility. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very much a 'family' feel from the second you walk into the doors. Anyone looking to challenge themselves both mentally and physically should see what it's all about.

Great place with amazing workouts and even better people! I moved to the area and joined FITERNITY a couple of months ago. I was a little intimidated at first because the athletes are top notch, but this gym is really for everyone. The coaches are friendly, helpful, and will get you to your goals. This place is amazing. I've been to a handful of boxes in the capital region, none are even comparable to FITERNITY. The staff is as friendly as I've ever been around, but are also world class athletes themselves. The demonstration and support they provide have absolutely changed my life. I have been attending classes at fiternity for a little over a year. I have never in my life had a better workout than the workouts I've completed here. This place is more than a gym, it's an extended family. The coaches here believe in me more than I believe in myself and their support during the workouts help me to achieve things I never thought possible. Fiternity has a number of professional level athletes.... I am far from one of them however, I feel important and successful after each class.
