I hired Jourdanne Lee to coach in preparation for the Summer Shredding classic. A very amateur show in Houston Texas near my hometown. Jourdanne assured me I would be ready. When I began to hold her accountable for doing posing whenever she wanted to or not even doing it at all some weeks. Then about three weeks out from the show I called her out about me not being prepared. No suit assistance, make up, hair, supplement guidance, check in’s ignored and messages for guidance ignored. When I called Jourdanne out about not doing what was necessary she reached out to Angela and told her she didn’t like how I spoke to her. I said I don’t like that I’m 3 weeks out from a show and Jourdanne is now talking about me needing a build phase. Granted, I am 3 weeks out, stressed and my first show. Jourdanne looks at photos each week but didn’t want to be held accountable. Angela terminates my membership immediately. No access to workouts. Nothing. Again, I’m 3 weeks out. She then refunds me for the month June despite claiming no refunds. Be cautious with this company. They are 1000% okay with not providing prep services despite promising to do so under their services offered. Jourdanne is very immature and has a lot to learn about being up front and honest. She has known about this show since 12 months. She did not do her due diligence and then hides behind Angela to cover up her not doing her job. Angela then tells me she forgot to change my billing despite me emailing her and that “technically” I wasn’t entitled to prep services despite me asking multiple times to change the rate on my account. It’s beyond sad that Angela knew I was in prep but was comfortable saying they weren’t required to provide services because she forgot to change the billing when asked in April. I was in full blown prep and am now have to hire someone else to complete the services i was declined. My membership was completely terminated without ever seeing if my complaint was valid. My concerns about Jourdanne were more than valid. She’s lazy and does the bare minimum if anything at all. Coaching is a luxury. Jourdanne isn’t meant to be a coach. She’s selfish and cares only about herself while dogging people who work in corporate America. Our corporate dollars fund her salary. Straight up charlatans. Don’t hire this company. More...
