My name is Guerby certified international Personal trainer that located in the Cape cod Mass especially on Barnstable area. As a Personal trainer, I committed to helping my clients to achieve their fitness goals by providing them with personalized training programs to stay on track. With 10 years plus of experience in the fitness industry, I have developed a passion for helping people transform their bodies and lives.

My specialization includes bodybuilding in or off stage, body sculptures , healthy life style and strength and conditioning. I have extensive knowledge in this area and have helped many clients achieve their goals.

I offer a range of services, including one-on-one personal training sessions , group training, nutritional counseling, supplements advised and online coaching .

My training approached is based on a combination of different techniques and a fun environment to make sure the client enjoys every second of the session from the beginning until the end. I believe that a well -rounded training program should be include a balance of strength training, cardio and flexibility exercises and this why I implemented all sorts of tools in order to challenge my clients through their fitness journey. Such as weight training for strength , power and conditioning , medicine ball , battle ropes ,resistance bands and boxing for core, flexibility and cardio vascular. I also emphasize the importance of proper form, technique and safety during all exercises.

As for my training philosophy is centered around the idea that fitness should be a life long journey, not a quick fix. I believe in setting realistic goals and working towards them with patience and consistency .

My availability is based after consulting with clients. However I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate my client's busy lifestyles.
I offer training services either at the commercial gym, client home personal gym, park or online coaching services for clients who prefer to train from home.
