unauthorized debit transactions was ran on my card after i cancelled my membership. I called they told me it wasn't. they straight lied to me. and said they wasn't going to refund my $49 yearly mem. charge because i was a few days pass a year. but you got paid 3 months that the gym was close. greed won't get you far. The pain you experience while accidentally hitting your thumb while hammering a nail is nothing compared to the pain of dealing with this place. Called to update card info about two weeks ago, I was under the impression that my account would be current after that. Received call from collection company today. Apparently I was charged for the month of July but not June, doesn’t make any sense to me. Thieves! I was one of those forced to move from Omni to Fit4Life against my will. My contract stated I could cancel early and only pay half my remaining membership fees. First attempt at cancelling was at Omni before they closed, They would could no longer cancel at the gym, and I was given a phone number to Peak at 919-753-1558. Due to them being open at the same time i work, it was a while before I called. I called during COVID, and they said they could not cancel at that time, but was put on hold for 20 mins, then hung up on, when they tried to get an override. Today, I called once again, and was told as of July 1, I could no longer cancel my membership early. I AM PISSED OFF!!! I have no need to use this gym, as I have my own. They are Liars and Thieves. I’ve been a member of other gyms b4 and vowed never to join another ever again.....but.....My brother-in-law convinced me to join this one and to my surprise, one of the best decision I could’ve ever made. ..to add to that I signed up for a personal trainer and omg Sheena( yes my trainer and I have the same name )...
