Elijah is a very personable,friendly and energetic person who makes you feel instantly comfortable and excited to get started. With our first meeting and goal discussions -he built me a custom plan
To allow me to work towards my goals, and continued to modify it when needed.

Elijah was easy to work with. He will push you to do your best. I started last August and I’m down over 20 pounds. Although I’m not as aggressive as when I began, I work out every weekday even if it’s 30 minutes. My minor health issues disappeared. I also changed my eating habits. Q&As

I work with my clients on a mental level and not just a physical level. I cater to each body type and goal to maximize performance. Many clients tend to lose focus when training by themselves, I step in as the accountability partner, not just a trainer who wants to create change.

Discipline and consistency. Most of the issues that we see in the microwave society is that everyone wants and needs everything *now*. But in reality some of the best things that come to us take time, once we break that barrier the 6 months fly by and you wont be able to recognize yourself.

I love helping people, personal training just happens to be something that I competed in and fell in love with for years. I have great knowledge in the field from bodybuilding, physique to crossfit. I am well rounded and have no issue sending knowledge on how to maximize some peoples goals.

I have been going to the gym since high school and competed here and there. As I was trying to find myself and bouncing around tech jobs, I wanted to do something for my self as an entrepreneur. Thats when my wife made the case to start a personal training company to help those achieve their goals.

Clients should choose me do to what I can provide and the results that I have gotten. I have clients that have competed in shows, lost over 75 pounds in a year, doubled bench press, achieved their 1 mile run in record time. I am well rounded and all aspects of fitness and coaching. I don't have just one coaching style and love to engage with my clients on a humane level. I don't treat them as a job but as a friend!

I can provide services online and remotely. I typically like to have a full schedule for my clients. From nutrition, workouts, and habits should be mapped out for the entire week.

I always ensure that the gym wee work in is properly sanitized and stations wipes. All equipment needs to be wiped down pre and post use. And I have now started to work with remote clients.
