Went to Posture Class offered from Zee. Learned a lot of helpful information on what to be aware of and how to work on my posture to help my body function at its best. Zee is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about helping people live their best lives possible. She’s doing this because she loves helping others and wants to make a real difference using all her skills and knowledge in a whole body and mind approach. Zee Avci had such an insightful workshop on posture. I really loved that she incoperates mindfulness into all of her teaching. She takes a whole body approach to fitness. Her explanations, visual guides, and physical practice made the workshop fun and educational. More...
