I provide in person and online fitness coaching. My focus is in Steel Mace and American Ninja Warrior/Obstacle Course Racing. I have also helped many people loose weight, gain muscle, and become happier healthier versions of themselves.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My main focus is on making sure you enjoy your workouts. If you enjoy them you'll be more likely to stick with them and reach your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being consistent. Even if yo have a day, week, month, year, that wasn't, get back on track. The sooner you're consistent, the sooner you reach your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people be able to do what they never thought possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out by helping my best friend lose 150 pounds. After seeing the positive impact that had on their life, I wanted to help more people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I want you to reach your goals because you had fun. Other take more of the drill sargent approach to coaching. I would rather try different routines until we find one that fits you (Fit U - name of my business). That way you not only reach your goals you maintain them.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Absolutely. I prefer working with clients remotely. It makes the workouts cost less per session and and they can be done on your own time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In the gym we have a ton of cleaning measures in place but most of my coaching is done remotely so you're able to workout where you feel the most comfortable.
Online Personal Training
Online personal training is great for those who want to do their workouts on their own time. I provide the workout with video demonstrations and you do it when you have time. It's great if you have a gym membership and want guidance to reach your goals or if you workout at home and want help using the tool you have.

This if you live close enough for in person coaching I coach general fitness for strength building and fat loss as well as obstacle course coaching for American Ninja Warrior, Spartan Race and other OCR events.
