The presentation on the site makes the exercises easy to do & you do not need an entire gym full of workout machines to do them. Instruction focuses on targeting specific muscle groups in order to achieve the exact tone & overall body appearance you desire. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I customize workouts, for all my clients. And i provide nutritional tips, motivation, and inspiration ,to all my clients. And i set short term goals for all my clients, so eventually they will reach, their long term goals. I create workouts, that are fun, to do. And all my clients enjoy working out, because they are getting in great shape, while mastering a new skill, and activity. I provide workouts that tone my client's physiques. But i also encourage all my clients, to improve their mind. I am a elite personal trainer. And doing my works outs, any excess weight will melt right off.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is not to focus only, on one body part. But to have, a mind body connection, when working out. And to practice time under tension. Explode on the concentric part of the movement, and lower slowly, on the eccentric, part of the movement, then do an iso hold, on the bottom, portion, of the movement. Your body, will respond, to this type of workout.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping, and inspiring people ,to reach their fitness goals. I enjoy teaching clients, using proper form doing my workouts correctly. I like to inspire people, and to motivate them, to reach their fitness goals. I enjoy getting people in shape, and have them lose a great of weight, by mastering a new skill.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a passion for fitness. And being self employed is very appealing. I can set my own hours, and work, at my own pace. The only person, that i answer to is me.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I encourage all clients to get vaccinated, and to wear a mask. I now do more virtual, online personal training.
