I can't list enough positive comments about FIt Strong United Crossfit. The gym is awesome with space for everyone. The environment is completely addicting with some of the best people I have ever met working out alongside me. The coaches are highly involved in the safety of the clients as well as providing the opportunity for athletes to be involved in crossfit competitions as well as weightlifting events. We go there to workout, become healthy, relieve stress, make friendships, laugh and motivate each other to become the best we can and reach our individual goals.
