What started as a "favor" in attending a free class for a new Fit Camp that was starting up, has turned into three years of ALL AMAZING! Amazing workouts and results, amazing trainers and friendships, amazing stress relief, strategies and gained knowledge of nutrition and health, and an amazing community that simply encourages, challenges and spreads goodness to all around! Coaches Nick & Michelle are simply the best in every way - ALWAYS encouraging, fun, creative and ready and willing to help each member in whatever way is needed. They take their "Fit Family" seriously and truly want to help each one be the absolute best they can be! You will never leave a FitCamp 35 workout without a smile on your face, a bounce in your step to take on your day, a good sweat with the feeling of accomplishment and a great tune in your head that may have been played during class - all from just 35 minutes! Q&As

We understand the specific needs of our customers who are primarily women over 40. We use shorter, total body workouts that are fun, challenging, yet very safe. We build modifications into every single workout for those who have knee, shoulder, back, or hip issues to make sure they are safe but still get a really good workout every single time.

The secret sauce of helping people get the body of their dreams to make sure they actually somewhat enjoy what they are doing so they stay consistent with it. We know not everyone loves working out, so if we can at least make it tolerable, the chances they keep showing up and get the results they want are very high.

I love to watch the transformations that take place in people in just a few short weeks or months with just a little bit of exercise. It's really exciting to see someone come into the gym or start online training and tell me how much healthier and stronger they feel just by doing 35 minute workouts 3-5 times a week. That's all it takes and anyone can do that!

The idea of building a brand and business by helping people get fit was inspired by my own journey. I was a skinny fat twenty something who got in a bunch of trouble. As a result of that I started working out almost daily because the only thing I had to my name at that point was a gym membership. I caught the fitness bug at that point in my life, turned things around, and never looked back. Now it's my goal to help people in a tough spot use exercise as a catalyst to not only improve their health, but other areas of life too.

Because we know exactly what it takes to go from starting out with fitness or getting back into fitness after a long break, to seeing results and feeling healthier in a matter of weeks or a few short months. Our motto has always been consistency is king and when you get a taste of our 35 minute workouts and feel how energizing and fun they are while also being safe and something you can do on a regular basis without hating it to much, you'll be hooked. And when you get hooked, you get results!

Services

We offer both small and medium sized group personal training for women over 40 in the Okemos and Lansing area. Our small groups are 1-4 people and are medium sized groups are up to 12 people. Our goal is to help you get healthier, stronger, and have more than energy you have in years without spending countless hours in a crowded gym or on boring exercise equipment. Our medium sized group workouts are only 35 minutes and our small group workouts are 45 minutes.

We offer online personal training for women over 40 and the only requirement is that you have a set of dumbbells. Whether your new to exercise or just looking for something different, our online follow along workouts offer something for all fitness levels. We offer these workouts live Monday-Saturday and they are also recorded and uploaded to our private Facebook group and membership site. Accountability is a huge part of our program and you'll be assigned an accountability coach from the start. We have various nutrition programs available depending on your specific needs.
