I have been training with Tabitha for a year and a half now, and I honestly can say I’ve never met a trainer like her. She’s super knowledgeable, uplifting, and extremely motivating! Some days I just don’t want to work out, but the second I step into her gym, her positive spirit gets my game face on! A diet is the key to any one’s health and wellbeing!! What you put in your body is what you are going to get out of it. I am not saying grilled chicken and broccoli every meal but, with me, I will help teach you what is healthy and still be able to have a couple slices of pizza as well.

I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by being their mentor and cheerleader when no one else is. I teach my clients everything I know from my certifications and schooling I can. I want my clients to be able to leave my trainings after 6-12 weeks and have confidence in themselves and feel like they know what they are doing!

There is no secrete to it. As I have wrote before what you put in is what you get out. Diet is about 85-90% of this process and then movement (resistance training, HITT, cardio) is the rest.

I love hearing the stories of how I help my clients feel better about themselves, seeing them feel more confident, health issues are going away or not as noticeable (I am not a doctor in any way nor can I cure anything), hearing daily activities getting easier for them, and so many more!!

I have always loved fitness and helping others. Since I was younger I played sports (volleyball, basketball, softball), ran track and cross country, and since have ran 3 half marathons along with HITT and resistance training. During COVID, it gave me an opportunity to get certified and make a living doing what I love.

With my company, you are not only working with the owner but also gaining a support system. I give you honest feedback and my goal is to make sure you have confidence and knowledge to keep your fitness journey going even after your sessions with me. I want nothing but the best for my clients.

Yes, I can do online coaching or training 1-on-1 via Microsoft teams. If you would like more details on this please do not hesitate to reach out.

Before and after every client I clean all the equipment down and if clients prefer to wear mask I will do so for their comfort.

With our 1-on-1 training you will receive the following:

- 30-60 minute sessions customized to you

-Nutritional guidance

-Weekly check ins with trainer for weight, progress pics, and how things are going

-The knowledge to take further on in your fitness journey

Have the equipment and just need the motivation of a trainer with a workout? I got you! We will be 1-on-1 through a screen and have the same benefits as in person.

OR

Get a customized workout program you can do on your own at the comfort of your own home or gym and have weekly check ins with your trainer to keep you on track.
