I signed my 15 year old daughter up for training because she carries a very heavy drum as a part of Spartan High’s marching band. After summer practices in 2019 began she complained about her back hurting! I told Courtney I wanted her to work on strengthening her core and back. I went to every session in sandals so she couldn’t make me work out! She finally got me in October with simple motivation but never over pushing or demeaning comments! What we have gained is worth more than I could ever pay! In a time where child suicide rates are seriously high and students are dealing with bullying at a very high rate, I have watched my baby’s self confidence soar! She not only looks AMAZING but she is able to walk with her head held high and deal with the horror of being a teenager in today’s society with confidence and grace!
