Great seafood! I had the shrimp and scallops basket and my wife had shrimp and grits this time. Parking can be an issue with the lot across the street going 'pay to park'. Take a pic of you parking ticket and they will take 4 bucks off your meal. I will definitely be back to Fishack! More...

I just tried Fishack today with a friend for the first time in years. I don't know why it's taken me so long to get over there. It is a great little place near the downtown area of Vero Beach. The atmosphere is eclectic and inviting and the staff is warm and helpful. The menu is full (I mean full) of options that are as quirky as they are good. You can tell some creative folks are involved hereI ordered the Mahi sandwich with fries and it was fantastic. Actually, I ordered something and the wait staff suggested a different order based on my order. The selection to which I was guided was very, very good. It's nice to have those who know better than you actually listen to you and then make a recommendation based on what they hear. That's taking it to a whole other level!I look forward to returning and trying more on this menu. This place is a gem! The food is AMAZING and the prices are great! Everything...and I mean everything on the menu is fantastic. This trip we had calamari for an appetizer and it was the best I've ever had. My wife had the lobster roll and ate every bite...no small feat for such a small woman. Fishshack was amazing. It was a 30min drive for me while driving around looking for seafood. And they didnt disappoint. I was full but was still tempted to try other things off the menu. Staff was great, atmosphere was great, parking not so much but we made it work across the street. Food was prompt coming out the kitchen and came out hot. I have definately found a fish spot that I'll be coming back to over and over. Thanks for the great service.
