The menu and open patio seemed enticing so we stopped in for lunch. So happy we did! Our server Johnny was excellent and the rest of the wait staff was fun, engaging and attentive. Johnny took great care of us and thoroughly explained the specials. We didn’t order a beverage from their extensive and enticing specialty cocktail menu, but will definitely be back to give them a try another time. The food was really good. I started with a Caesar salad and my friend ordered the clam chowder with extra crab meat on top. It was so good he ordered another order to go!For our entrees he had an Ocean salad with Mahi mahi and shrimp and I was boring and ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. My sandwich was delicious! Warm ciabatta bread with a tender chicken breast, bacon, avocado and cheese. Now, the fries were the only sad part of the meal. They just seemed a little wilty. The salad looked amazing and tasted great according to him. Overall, a great find and we’ll definitely be back! Bonus tip: there’s a Kona coffee shop right by the entrance. Sat at the bar on Christmas Eve, had a cocktail and tried their Poke Nachos, Crispy Calamari and the beef and shrimp skewers. Everything was promptly delivered and it was delicious. The bartender Katie was awesome to watch her practice her craft. Our server, not sure if her name, she was on top of our needs, never missed a beat.You must try their Bloody Mary, they are a essentially a breakfast entree. When we saw the menu we suspected a tourist trap, but seeing the place was full and the rating high ( and also as we were pressed in time) we decided to try and we're very pleasantly surprised. Note: This is not a place for a light meal. However the food was great and the service impeccable. Plus it's right across the street from the ocean. So you have a great view!! I had the fish and chips. The batter was light and the fish fresh. The slaw had fresh pineapple so was lip smacking. Chips (fries were ok). The hubby had the seared ahi salad with avocado, papaya and mango. He said it was the best ahi he had ever eaten....and he's eaten a lot of ahi!!! The salad was delicious....I had to beg for a bite. I think I might have put less dressing on it. So would order it on the side. Know that portions are very large so splitting an entree might be a possiblity. My plate had 4 large pieces of fish!! Good morning service, great views, our meals arrived hot and as ordered, the wait staff were very busy but attentive. The Bloody Mary Special had several protein options which one of us ordered, was fantastic and strong to the surprise of the person that didn't realize she should have ordered it Virgin. the best place on the whole strip for food. loved the take out and sitting on the breakwater watching the water. the best service period hands down. Staff were ridiculously nice and seemed happy. One of the servers, Mark made a funny joke after he took our order saying "ok, I'll go fire up the grill!" Deb was outside to greet us a few times after we discovered how great this place was we started to make it part of our breakfast or dinner routine. Johnny is a great young man who we met on our last day for breakfast. He was our server and we met him at the airport at his other job later that night on the way home. It was really nice to see a familiar face. Please teach restaurants everywhere your way of doing things! You DESERVE the tips you get! There was three of us in our party. We were eating late on a Thursday night but it was still hard finding a parking space. It took a few minutes for our waitress to come by and initiate a conversation. She answered our questions and we placed our order a few minutes later. We started with two salads which were quite tasty. We then had two of the fish dishes; the Mahi Mahi and another which I don't remember. Both were delicious although the portion of fish was a bit smaller than I expected for the price. The potato and broccoli sides were fresh and tasty as well. My wife ordered the burger cooked medium without the shrimp. It arrived with a skewer of shrimp stuck into the middle of the bun and had to be sent back even though the waitress had it down right. We were mostly done with the fish dishes by the time it came back out. It was cooked just right and was tasty. It also was a bit greasy. The fries were crispy and quite tasty. Great view with great food. My meal was dry but others really enjoyed the meal. Their clam chowder soup is great. Parking is horrible id recommend checking out the public parking lots and walking a bit.
