First Class was exactly what the name implies! We had them cater an elopement celebration and the service was even better than we expected! As hosts we didn't need to lift a finger and were able to enjoy time with our guests. The food was raved about and they helped us put together a menu that was perfect for different diet restrictions. The table service was impeccable and they even served the bride and groom even though it was family style...probably knew we wouldn't take time to eat! First Class Catering did a superb job catering for a Celebration of Life. They were sensitive and caring. Michael and team were very responsive to all my questions and worked with me to provide the right choices for the event. He even came out to my home to do a "walk thru" so we could discuss placement of the serving tables, both inside/out. The 3 servers arrived promptly 2 hrs ahead of the beginning of the event to set up, as did the bartender. The food was wonderful, and all the guests commented on the quality and quantity of the food. They cleaned everything up during the event and promptly at the conclusion. I would definitely recommend and use First Class Catering again. Thank you so much Michael and team! If I could give First Class Catering 10 stars, I would. We had a party of 50 serving Mediterranean cuisine. The menu consisted of appetizers of zucchini medallions, truffle herb goat cheese crostini and spanakopita. All were excellent. The main course was Greek salad, shrimp and chicken kabobs and rice pilaf. The attention to detail was unsurpassed. We had 3 servers and a bartender along with Executive Chef Michael and his assistant. His team was very professional and made sure all of our guests were well taken care of. I attended my friends wedding reception held at the Legacy Villas Resort in La Quinta this past weekend and was so impressed with the food that I asked my friend to give me the details of the caterer there since I'm looking to get a caterer for my upcoming nuptials and I was surprised to learn it was an outside caterer that they used. She said she used First Class Catering. I was impressed on how great everything tasted and the presentation was beautiful. I was most impressed by how attentive the staff was to make sure all of us guests were taken care of. When we were leaving it was like they didn't even have a party with how clean everything looked. I has such a great experience with First Class Catering. They were prompt with communication, quickly returned my calls and email, the food was amazing, and the professionalism was off the charts. When they setup the buffet, the did not miss a thing. The Executive Chef walked me through each item and gave me instructions to keep it fresh for my guests. And boy, did my guests love the food! We have many template menus that work very well for certain services selected. Find what the client is looking for regarding appetizers, main dishes, deserts, etc. With the information we are given we come come up with a unique menu items for you.

We love food and the hospitality industry. Always trying to create new and wonderful dishes.
