I was referred to First Capital Gym by a friend and I'm so happy I made that call. I have worked out in the past with trainers, but this has been by far the Best experience ever. Even though it's a small group training you feel like it's one on one. All of the trainers are always walking around watching to make sure you have proper form and making corrections when needed. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We have a comprehensive consultation that goes over goals, injury and exercise history, and movement screen. We'll design a program based off your goals, time frame, and schedule.

Potential clients should choose us because of our assessment process before someone starts. Our assessment provides us a clear path to get them to their goals safely and effectively.

We can provide them in person and online. We will determine the best course of action after the consultation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We broke our gym up into individual pods or training spaces. Each member uses their own equipment (that we provide at the gym). Each member is spaced out 8 feet from one another. We also have sanitizing stations throughout the gym.
Personal Training
Personal Training or 1 on 1 training with just you and a coach. This program is perfect if you need individualized attention, wants a customized training program, prefers working out alone, and wants faster results.
Small Group Training
Small Group Training is fitness training done in a group up to 5 people. You will still have your individualized program but done in a small group. This is the cornerstone of our program with most people training with us 2-3 times per week.
Nutrition
Nutrition counseling is provided for those looking to make changes in their eating habits and lifestyles. These are not diets. We will provide you the habits to to sustain a healthy eating style.
