How long have you been in business?
I have been in the cleaning industry since age 13. That would be 27 years total. Firm Cleaning Company and Firm Cleaning and Assembly have been in business since inception on 2/22/2012. Our 10 year Anniversary is coming up!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, our technicians arrive with equipment needed to complete the task. Sometimes clients ask if we mind using their equipment or supplies, we welcome your supplies if requested.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients and friends with their projects. Seeing the beginning product and comparing our work makes us smile. I enjoy the challenge and outcome the most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Father, Owner of Darryl's Cleaning, instilled a strong sense of ownership back the early 90s for which to model my own company. He inspired my dreams of business ownership, and I took the concept and opened 3 businesses along with Firm Cleaning.

We are unique in that we care what you think. It is not our job to tell you what you want, we listen, adjust, implement, and succeed. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Our technicians' jobs are safe if the happen to need time off due to Covid-19 or the complications thereof.
Office Cleaning
We are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing commercial buildings. As an office cleaner, we use cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for our clients' businesses. Our duties include sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, dusting surfaces, scrubbing and disinfecting restrooms, and polishing woodwork. We take care to restock supplies in bathrooms and kitchen areas, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Technicians may work independently or with a team, while following a checklist to ensure the completion of all tasks.
Restaurant Cleaning
Cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting is incredibly important in the foodservice industry to prevent cross-contamination and the spread of viruses. We help to maintaining n your A-Rating!
Below is a checklist that we use to give an idea of our process:
Wipe down the walls if necessary Sanitize the tables
Inspect and wipe down the condiments and salt and pepper shakers
Wipe down all the counters
Clean the seats and benches
Run cloth napkins, tablecloths, and wait staff aprons through the washing machine
Vacuum the carpets
Take out the trash and recycling
Clean the interior and exterior of all the trash and recycling bins
Sweep and mop the floors
Clean and sanitize your bathrooms by: Disinfecting the toilets
Wiping down the sinks
Emptying out feminine hygiene product bags
Taking out the trash
Sweeping and mopping the floors Daily Back-of-House Cleaning Checklist:
Wipe down the walls wherever there are splashes
Clean the grill, griddle, range, flattop, and fryer. Make sure to get underneath the equipment
Change the foil lining on top of the ranges, grills, and flattops
Wipe down other equipment, such as coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, and meat slicers
Disinfect prep area surfaces
Clean beverage dispenser heads in the soda fountains. Bars should clean the tips of the soda guns Wash utensils, smallwares, flatware, and glassware and let them air dry overnight
Clean the sinks
Wash rags, towels, aprons, and uniforms in the washing machine
Refill soap dispensers and replace empty paper towel rolls
Sweep walk-in refrigerators and storage areas
Take out the trash and recycling
Disinfect the waste disposal area and clean the trash cans
Sweep and mop the floors
House Cleaning
House cleaning is a major aspect of Firm Cleaning and Assembly. We offer deep, standard, move-in and move-out cleanings. Along, with cleaning we offer window cleaning, and pressure washing of driveways, decks, fencing, and roof cleaning. A service that allowed my team to learn when we were starting out is Turn-over and Air BnB cleaning. Fun times!
Handyman Services
As seasoned handymen, we are skilled at a wide range of repairs, typically around the home. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, are both interior and exterior, and are sometimes described as side work, odd jobs or fix-up tasks. Specifically, these jobs could be light plumbing jobs such as fixing a leaky toilet or light electric jobs such as changing a light fixture or bulb. We build products, patch holes, just about any small to medium project you can think of fits under the Handyman Umbrella.
