Pulled pork- Brisket. But we provide many signatures items;
Southern fried corn. Southern hot- slaw
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Meeting with the client, working with their budgets and tastes.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy, with food!
And meeting great people in the process!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in food service for 10 years. Managing and training. Found a passion in bbq!
Why should our clients choose you?
This is all I do (retired) I don't take on multiple jobs like most caterers.
I allow unlimited calls and texts, so the customer feels at ease.

Meetings sure, services all over lower michigan normally 50 miles or less

Follow state and federal guidelines, with masks and gloves

All events are considered full service, we provide set-up, service and clean-up (our stuff)
Chaffing, serving utensils ect. Also included. There is no additional charge for this.
