Mike, Renee and Sandy are awesome! They are what coffee professionals are supposed to be and I loved taking barista classes with them. Renee and Steven did an excellent job teaching Roaster Pathway Level 1. There is so much to learn and the format in which they taught the class made it very approachable, even for someone like me who is not currently roasting. I can also see how beneficial it would be for those who learned how to roast on their own. Plus, they have so much experience! It's always great to learn from seasoned and certified professionals and to have the space to ask them tons of questions. Not to mention, Firedancer Coffee Consultants are super organized and responsive. I left feeling educated, inspired, and empowered to get out there and practice! Now, who's looking for an apprentice?
