The pizza here was soooooo good! The Bacon Bleu Cheese was delicious! We also ordered the Meat Works which was really good too. They had a few Ska Brewing beers on tap which was a nice bonus (we went there the day before and really liked their beers). The wait wasn't terrible for a Friday night, about 35 minutes. My son said that the pizza was the best he's ever had. I had a Citrus Salad that was absolutely delicious. I ordered a small salad then wished I had ordered a large.

I am totally puzzled by the pizza I ordered, an 8 1/2 inch tomato sauce pizza with mozzarella, fennel sausage, chicken, mushrooms and spinach. It was the worst pizza I've ever had, and I've eaten lots of pizza over the years. The problem was there was something wrong with the crust. It seemed soggy, underdone, certainly not crispy. Did they not cook it long enough in their 900 degree oven? We drove 30 minutes to go to this place because the reviews are good and they seemed to be doing a good business. Loved this pizza. True Italian style crust with a sleek toon of unique topping blend. We had the sweet and salty with figs that was quite tasty. I'd go back there for sure.

Amazing pizza! My friends and I were looking for a place to sit down with COVID changes in place. Fired Up did a great job spacing out tables and having their servers wear masks and sanitize the tables/booths. The pizzas were so good; super fresh and filling! Do not order pizza to go here on a busy night. We did (we had our dog with us and dogs aren't allowed on the patio) we ordered and paid for our pizza then waited and waited. My husband checked a couple of times with the ladies at the front (trying to minimize going in and out due to Covid and social distancing) They were no help. He finally went way into the restaurant and our pizza and salad were sitting there, who knows for how long. The pizza definitely suffered from not being fresh. Didn't have to wait too long, about 25 minutes. Had outdoor seating as well as inside. Was a nice ambiance but there was a huge draft so bring a jacket. Ordered the Hawaiian pizza without jalapeños and it was good, just a bit bland. I guess my fault for taking off the jalapeños. Great sauce though as well as crust for wood fired pizzas. Fun cocktails and delicious pizza. We went during COVID so wait was a little long due to fewer tables and the upstairs patio being closed but we just walked the shops on the street while we waited. We went after the lunch rush mid-week so staffing may have been a little short as food took a bit to come out but once it arrived I'd give it 5 stars. Super yummy and fresh. This place is the best!! The pizzas and salads are delicious with fresh ingredients. I miss the atmosphere and their rooftop seating. We got a couple pizzas and cocktails yesterday that were worth yelping about. It got really busy but the woman was so composed and polite. She made our drinks while taking orders and ringing up pick up orders and still had them out promptly and tasting perfect! The pizzas were done sooner than expected also to perfection.
