I arrived for brunch at 1pm, an hour before closing, and was treated from the moment I entered, like I had disturbed their closing routine. The waitress (Cady) showed up with her hand on her hip and aggressively interrupted our conversation to take our orders. My coworkers and I ordered the cider mimosa which per the menu, was supposed to come with a cinnamon sugar rim and DID NOT. This disappointment was followed by yet another, when my eggs benedict arrived WITHOUT hollandaise (the key ingredient to a benedict, in my opinion). Cady's response was "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you we were out of hollandaise." The only solution offered was comping my mimosa, NOT MY MEAL. The remaining food was bland and subpar at best. I would've been willing to give them another chance if they had even one ounce of hospitality. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a waiter in my life and I wouldn't return to this place if you paid me. HUGE disappointment. More...

We stopped at fire and spice tonight at happy hour and sat outside while the weather was still warm enough. They did have the outside heater on as well but the food , drinks and waitress were all terrific! The chicken and waffle sandwich is hands down the best sandwich we have had in a very long time. Had heard some great things about Fire & Spice, decided to try it out tonight- Appetizers were great and service started out well then unfortunately went downhill from there. Couldn’t cut my steak with the steak knife, meat was too tough, lacked flavor, and full of fat. Drinks were a tad overpriced for how they tasted. Water glasses stayed empty from appetizers through the remainder of the meal. It wasn’t busy in the restaurant, no one came to ask how the food was and just brought the check after clearing plates. Went for brunch, indoor seating only. Fine, no problem, reviews are great so we will sit indoors. An hour after ordering, still no food, no explanation from server or management. We were informed no hollandaise sauce, so we thought the food was almost ready, but not for another 30 minutes. Then came the excuses, we had an eight top that held up the kitchen. An hour and a half we finally got our tasteless food. Poached eggs were hard, orders incorrect, tasteless home fries. Nothing spectacular. This evening my family and I went to fire and spice for dinner. I made a reservation for 4 people at 6:30 PM and I called at 11:30 this morning. I called two times once I left a message with no call back and the second time they answered I spoke with a hostess asked for a table for 4 people outside at 6:30. she said “hold on please let me get the person that makes the reservations” after a minute or two the person that made the reservation came on the phone and I asked for the same thing 4 people out side at 6:30 pm. I confirmed it with her 4 times on the phone to verify we are outside and they replied “yes you will be out side no problem.” At 6:30 my family and I arrived for dinner and the hostess said on your reservation is for inside not out side and due to covid 19 I will not sit inside under any circumstance. The hostess whom was very nice said one moment and from what I am told is the owner came over and spoke with me and she said “we can not accommodate you out side and all I can do is inside dinning.” She gave no other alternative or any way to remedy the situation it was eat inside or get out. I told her the people I spoke with today said I am able to sit out side. I am throughly disappointed and honestly will NEVER go back to the restaurant. More...

So tried for the first time today...I ordered the bluecheese, carmalized onion , bacon flat bread.. the flavor was good, but the blue cheese was overpowering. ...was disappointed in the flat bread as it was very chewy, not crispy like I thought it would be....I also tried the homemade chips...they were excellent..
