Great gym! Group class fitness training... Positive atmosphere... Awesome trainers. If you don't know what to do at a gym this is the place for you. ... They instruct you and motivate you- 1 hr and u r done! I luv this place! More...

You won't find a better group of trainers in Myrtle Beach, they really take the time to listen to your limitations and help you work out in spite of them!!
