everybody at finex has Been very very helpful ,professional and kind to me. most of all Samantha ( sam) she has been wonderful she has been patient with me do to my work schedule from before my account was even open if it wasn't for Sam my account would still not be open. in talking with her we put together a plain of action.she again very patiently helped me get my frist lone and completely explaining all the aspects of what we are doing and why to my complete understanding I feel like she treats me as if I was a family member and gives me advice as such no other bank ever has or would do for me what East Hartford Burnside Avenue finex has done for me I hope corporate finex recognizes this branch most of all recognizing Samantha.
