Describe your creative process.
I go back and forth between sketching ideas and researching what's out there. I work through my initial ideas in my sketchbook over and over until I come up with something worthy to take it to the computer and digitize.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
I need to know their vision as best as they can describe. I need to know styles, designs, colors that are preferred as well as elements they do not like.
What do you love most about your job?
The surprise element of what the final design will be. The design challenge of coming up with something effortless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving a job in marketing communications, freelance jobs starting popping up here and there.
