Frank is a great person, he has an incredibly welcoming character that instantly puts you at ease. For a skeptical and reserved military veteran, it was not easy getting myself to his office, but he quickly helped me lower my guard, and I was comfortable from the first day to the last. I came to frank with straightforward intent on solving a specific problem and had no desire to deviate from my plan. However, I am eternally thankful for Frank's patience and experience because what I needed was far greater than solving one problem. Frank is known as hypnotherapist, but he is far more than that. He is also a life coach, business consultant, and relationship counselor, you need it he's got it. Through his teachings, I have made leaps in my business, in my daily life, and with my family. I came to Frank the day I figured out that I am not a nice woman when it comes to men (I'm just putting it all out there). With other women, I am able to create and maintain amazing friendships that are just beautiful, like truly amazing! But unfortunately, when it comes to men, I have never been able to successfully maintain friendships or romantic relationships that are lasting and truly loving, and I realized it is because of me. I actually met Frank through a friend in a social context, but after following his page on Facebook, I felt that the topics he was covering on live videos were speaking to me. I contacted him and in just a few short sessions, I feel that I have been able to let go of a lot of hurt and pain that I have been carrying around for decades. I didn't realize how heavy the weight of all of this was on me until this morning when I woke up after a late session last night and for the first time in a very long time, I didn't feel soreness in my shoulders and I was alert. I even messaged him to tell him that I woke up before my alarm went off and that never happens!Frank has recommended a few books and while reading the first one I put into practice some of its teachings along with what Frank and I discussed, and I have immediately seen a change in the way I act with men and their response to me. Frank is a gifted hypnotherapist. I cannot recommend Frank highly enough. I have been sending my kids to Frank periodically for a few years now. When they experience anxiety or have trouble balancing the pressures of school and growing up,  Frank equips them with the tools that they could use in their everyday lives. I feel compelled to write this review about my experience with Frank Banos. I have had 5 sessions with him and look forward to every one of them. I'd been thinking about seeing a hypnotist for a long time.  I've seen lot's of life coaches, and different types of healers (accupuncturists, reiki, cranial sacral).  All of my other healers and coaches were great, I don't regret seeing them and they all helped and taught me so much.I feel like out of all the people I've seen Frank has had one of the biggest impact, I see noticeable results and have more confidence and less suffering.  We've been breaking through alot of barriers.I went to Frank to work on my itching (from food allergies and stress, panic attacks).  We ended up working through alot of things from my past- from childhood.  Things I've been holding onto for decades that have been holding me back from achieving the life that I want.  Frank is a wizard at hypnosis,  he gets you relaxed and then counts down and snaps you into it.  You are conscious and aware the whole time.  He basically helps you talk to your subconscious to find out what the source of the problem is.  Then figures out a way to improve the problem by negotiating or reframing the situation.Frank is awesome, he is also very spiritual and can deal with other worldly stuff if that's what you need.Overall super cool, funny and friendly guy. I tend to be quite resistant when it comes to being hypnotized. Having a session with Frank changed that. He has a very calming and welcoming energy. His soothing voice makes the environment relaxing, which makes the ability to be more at ease. The resistance fades away. I found myself feeling as if I was floating at times. I was able to reach down to the core of my deepest thoughts. It was emotional, but Frank spiritually held my hand I was safe at all times (getting a bit teary-eyed).
