What’s your signature dish?
Santa Maria Style Tri-tip Barbecued over red oak and served with our Strawberry salsa, lavender blackberry cornbread, our filthy corn and side salad with our one of a kind house dressing, you'll want to put on everything.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Talking to them. Listening. Getting to know them.
What do you love most about your job?
The people....and we love to cook! Anytime we can share what we do, is a good day for us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Sharing new flavors mixed with a local tradition and bringing it to the masses.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a locally owned company who has lived here on the central coast our entire lives. We know the area and the people, businesses and what the tradition of our style of barbecue means to the locals. We also added our own twist on the tradition which brings great new flavors to the food. We love where we live, we take pride in the work we do and the products we put out and love sharing this with our community on their special days.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take every precaution when serving and cooking to keep the food and our customers safe. We follow a strict protocol of cleaning, wearing masks and gloves.
