Q&As

Individualized programming
Support and accountability
Focus on achievable goals
Highlighting progress and accomplishments

Consistency. One of the clear goals of my approach to training is to help a person achieve a sustainable habit of exercise. Additionally I educate the person so that they can continue on their own and will feel empowered to exercise rather than any sense of fear or inability.

Watching people achieve their goals and improve. It gives me a tremendous sense of satisfaction.

Initially this was simply an outgrowth of my work as historical fencing coach. I wanted my athletes to perform better and I knew that the athletic training would help with that.

They are interested in getting stronger. They want a solid, evidence based approach. They are not interested in any fads or quick fix claims.

I can do remote training by video call with programming in app form. This includes accountability from me.

We have limited the number of clients training at a time and require masks be worn.
