Oh my goodness. What help, what love, what care, and professionalism from this team. My situation was tough because I'm abroad and needed flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. Needless to say (my google review explains in detail) I was blown away by the entire experience: from my first correspondence with Fiesta, to the eventual delivery of a bouquet that.... honestly could have been put up on their website. A family member of one of our customers at work was recently in a horrible accident, so I was looking for a local florist in the Phoenix region to help deliver a flower arrangement on behalf of the company. I had tried another florist that I had found on Yelp, but they never got back to me, so I went and found Fiesta Flowers Plants & Gifts and gave them a try since they had such good reviews. Shannon was so friendly and accommodating! I placed the order late in the morning and by the afternoon it was delivered! She was able to make a custom arrangement with sunset lilies, pink roses, viking mums and orange alstroemeria to include with our get well soon greeting and kept us posted throughout the day with updates on the delivery status despite her being short-staffed. I called at 3:27pm and they were STILL able to do a same day delivery and offered a Military discount! Great shop. First of all, I locked my keys in the car on the way in (smacks forehead) and the owner let me use their phone to schedule AAA. A while back, I wanted to order flowers for my mom, but live out of state. I called and was able to place an order for delivery without any issues.  The flowers were delivered to my mom and she loved them (she's not even a flower type person and so hard to please, so for her to say how beatiful they were is a huge feat!)  I also appreciated that I was kept in the loop via email with the entire process from the order, to billing, and to the delivery.  The entire experience was great! My mother's birthday came about while she was visiting a friend in the Phoenix area. Instead of going the 1-800 route, I selected Fiesta Flowers primarily due to the shop's proximity. Placed the order the morning of mom's birthday with same day delivery.Then I got a call from the delivery driver (Dan) who was attempting delivery.  Of course, nobody was home. He tried neighbors without success. Due to heat, Dan didn't want to leave the flowers, so it was decided to take them back to the shop. Instead of simply calling it a day, Dan called back and offered a second attempt later in the day.  By then, Mom had returned and was able to take delivery of her flowers, which she raved about. Found this place through yelp (thank you yelp for helping me avoid wasting my time trying bad places) and decided to try them based of its stellar reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall service they provided. The consultant was welcoming patient and knowledgeable. I cannot even begin to describe the level of excellence and quality and genuine amazingness that Shannon and her team produced for my wedding. It was beyond anything I could've imagined and these flowers honestly made my wedding memorable to not only me, but my guests. I had quite a few people express how much they liked my flowers.

The most important part was that Shannon had a consultation with me months prior to the wedding and she took down such detailed notes about my preferences, my style and the colors of my wedding. Her and I had numerous conversations about the colors of the flowers and the different types of flowers that we were going to be utilizing. Every step of the way I felt confident that my expectations were going to be met and she always kept me in the know with how things were progressing.

The day of the wedding I walked into my dressing room and my flowers and my bridesmaids flowers were sitting in jars and I was completely taken away. She had done so much more than I could've imagined and she made my bouquet so beautiful. The bridesmaids bouquets were just as detail oriented and well put together. One of my bridesmaids even told me "I've never seen wedding flowers this gorgeous". I couldn't agree more!

I am so incredibly impressed with the service that I received from the entire staff that I felt it necessary to share it with everyone. On the day of the daddy daughter dance I realized that I needed a corsage for my little eight year old girl. So I hit up Yelp to find a place. I called Shannon the other day to have some flowers delivered to my niece at her work, and not only were they delivered a few hours after I placed the order, but they looked exactly like the photo on the website. The flowers were beautiful and my niece was so happy with the surprise.You never know what you are going to get when you order flowers from out of town, but thanks to the other great reviews on Yelp, I'm glad I called Fiesta Flowers. Great service! I walked in looking for something around $25.00, I understand this is pretty low for a nice flower arrangement considering I spent $70 on one a few weeks ago. Most of the arrangements in the displays were a little above my price point and I also didn't need a vase. The very nice lady offered to make me a bouquet of roses that fit my budget all for under $25.00. It looked great and my girlfriend loved it!  I will be back! More...
