Principal’s Profile: Debbie is the principal at Fidelity Accounting & Consulting PC with more than ten years combining experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and business valuation. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. She received her Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Temple University. In addition to the valuable experience gained at a big 4 public accounting firm and one of the largest regional firms, Debbie also worked as a Financial Reporting Manager at a public traded company and as a Controller at a privately held company. Her practice areas include servicing small & medium sized businesses, public traded companies as well as not-for-profit entities. Debbie provides her extensive experience in financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, merger and acquisition, business valuation, internal control and risk management, SEC reporting & filling.
