I had a terrible stain in one of my offices, left behind by a careless previous renter.  Every one who saw it wanted to bet me it couldn't be removed.  I wouldn't bet; but, I should have.  Brian came by for an evaluation and estimate, and indicated the stain would not be a problem.Mario came by a few days later and cleaned the stained office plus a few others and hallways.  The stain is completely gone!  There is NO indication whatsoever that it was ever there.  I  could not be more satisfied with Fiber Care.  This is the first time I have ever given 5 stars to anyone. Wow! Fiber Care of Atlanta is truly amazing! I have used them over the years and they always do an outstanding job. They have resurrected and cleaned carpet destroyed by dogs, cats, and teenagers! Mario cleaned the only carpets in my home - two spare bedrooms and the master bedroom. My house is only a year old, so, while the carpets weren't terrible, it was time for a cleaning. Also, though I never wear shoes in the house, I'm sure that people walking through before I purchased it did. The main concern I had with the carpets were that since they were builder grade, they were starting to show some wear in high-traffic areas. Well - Mario fixed all this, and the carpets look brand-new. He also cleaned my sofa, which is four years old, and needed some freshening up. Also, now looks brand-new.He was a bit late because the previous job in the day had gone on for way longer than scheduled - apparently, a lady decided to have her carpets not only cleaned, but at the last minute, re-stretched. So, it took much longer than planned. I'm working from home, this week, so not a big deal - but would prefer a phone call in advance if running behind.I'll definitely be calling them next year, but will ask for the first appointment in the day :) More...

The Fiber Care family is the best we've ever used! We've been using Brain and his team since around 2008, and they've always been professional, prompt, courteous, and honest. We recently moved into a new house, and Fiber Care cleaned the carpets and stretched them, and they looked brand new. We thought we would need to replace them, but now we'll have a long time with them. Also, we called them back because we had some issues with a rug, mattress, and couch when they were moved. Fiber Care helped us with our claim with the moving company, and then cleaned all of the damage. I will never use anyone else! They are the most trustworthy people I've ever met! We have used this company twice and they did a great and thorough job each time. Unlike with another company before, no spots on the carpet came back and at a much fairer price. I have been using Fiber Care for 9 years now and I refer them to all my friends! I have never had anything but an excellent experience with them! Brian is amazing, Mario is awesome and I feel like Carol is now part of my family, she is so sweet and personable when I call! I only have 3 rooms in my house that need carpet cleaning, but Fiber Care does an excellent job on my area rugs and my upholstered furniture! I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and I always felt like my carpets looked clean for about a week then they were dirty again, this is NOT the case with Fiber Care, I never see spots return and my carpets look and smell fresh for a very long time! Fiber Care is also great about emergencies too- just last week I had a dog get sick on the area rug that Brian had only cleaned two weeks before, I called them and told them what had happened and they scheduled me in for same day service! Can't beat that for customer service! I highly recommend this company for your next cleaning, you won't regret it and you won't use another company once you've tried them! My experience with this company was great. Great customer service. Very genuine. I gave Brian a rough estimate of my square footage over the phone and he was able to give me an idea how much to expect to pay. Which helps when your on a budget. He even offered to do the smallest bedroom free or use the best coupon available at the time. I had 5 bedrooms , two staircases and a area rug cleaned. If you are considering having your carpets cleaned Fiber Care is the way to go. Brian was super professional, on time and did an excellent job cleaning our basement carpets. I was considering getting new carpet installed but I wanted to have it cleaned for family that will be arriving in a few weeks. We previously used Stanley Steemer and they used a basic extractor tool. Our 5 dogs and my wheelchair has done a number on our carpet. The stains came back within a week, since the equipment they used doesn't clean the padding. I called Fiber Care and set an appointment. They arrived 20 minutes early with an arsenal of cleaning products and heavy duty equipment. The rotary machine pulled nearly black water out of the carpet, since it is powerful enough to clean the padding. By injecting enough water, he was able to not just remove the visual stains, but the awful odor of dog pee where the dogs had missed their puppy pads. The carpet is way beyond needing replacement, but we aren't in a position to replace it. He brought the carpet back to life. It looks amazing, but more importantly, the smell is GONE.The best part? It was less expensive than Stanley, more effective, and I prefer supporting a local business. The amount of professionalism and expertise is unsurpassed. Don't waste your time with any other company. Daryl did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. There were a few really bad areas that he was able to get out. One being Georgia red clay at the back door that the dogs track in. I had Brain and Darrell from Fiber Care stretch and clean the carpets throughout my entire home. 8 years in a new home and the carpets in every room had ripples in them. Many started soon after we moved in. The original installers used only Knee Kickers and the result was loose, rippled carpet. Now I have seen the light: Fiber Care used a Power Stretcher to flatten out the ripples in every room and now the carpets look better than they ever did.I also had them repair carpet my cat had damaged in a doorway between 2 rooms. They were able to take some carpet I saved from the original build and repair the area with a saddle seam. They were very meticulous in making sure everything was done properly. They cleaned not only the carpet, but if the room had a rug, they did that as well. I have two large rugs and two runners that look and feel better than I can ever remember.Brian was very accommodating and super professional in every step of the process. He made scheduling a breeze. He was able to make arrangements for the exact day and time I needed him, which was great for my hectic work/social life. They showed up right on time; rare in my experience with service companies. He was also helpful in working within my budget and the estimate was spot on with no surprise extras in the final tally.I looked at a handful of others before I decided to go with Fiber Care. A few offered incentives like whole house cleaning for one low price, but I am glad I went with a company that is honest with upfront pricing, tailored to my exact situation. I never have liked the idea of cookie cutter type pricing. Those are the types that will gouge you for extras in the end. You know, start low and then gradually add on, until you pay a high price for shoddy, dishonest service.Brain gave me a custom estimate that had a breakdown of each room. It separated out each room to be cleaned, each room to be stretched, and the repair to the doorway area. It made it easy to see what I would be paying for and what I was getting. I found this company based on the positive reviews from other yelpers (thanks). It was easy to make an appointment. Someone called the day before to remind me. Mario did the carpet cleaning for a large bedroom, 13 stairs and a hallway. The price was fair. Mario was not only very nice and professional, he did a great job. I had spilled nail polish on my carpet a few weeks ago and he got the stain almost out. I thought I would have to live with that mistake forever.
