How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I make sure that my clients are doing ok and making sure they stay motivated. I love igniting that flame inside my clients to push them to be better and give me that extra 10% to reach their goals :)

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people, and learning about what motivates them. But honestly
the best part is that at the end of the day knowing that I'm making a difference in someones life and helping them grow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
there are a lot and i mean a lot of people trying to build a fitness empire. But honestly I started My FFC company just for fun in high school and now I want to motivate more and more people to stay and live a healthy life stile.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
going online and when Covid started i was just a gym team member and made sure the equipment was clean and people keeping their distance.
