The older dog has had several accidents and the caretakers have gone above and beyond to take care of the wood floors, wash the blankets and replace, they suggested an extra potty time to help the situation, which really helped! We have been using Fetch Pet Care for over 5 years. They are the best!!! The best Pet Sitter for my little Bitsy is Elaine. She is the best. She talks to Bitsy the same as I do and takes her outside, which she loves. She gives her treats for going to potty and she know how to make her cross her feet in front of herself as I do. I have used Fetch 2 times, the 1st time I came home earlier than the sitter thought I would be home only to find my Fatima full of poop and advised the pet sitter that she would need routine booty baths as she has IBD and sometimes she gets poop on herself which she did not. Fatima had days worth of poop on herself and the entire house stunk because of it. Since I came home earlier than the sitter thought I found the petsitters husband inside my home which I never agreed to nor did she ask me if he could come to my house. The second time. The pet sitter was over confident, on her first day she traumatized my cat Buggy who knows no strangers. He got his name because he is a pest to all who enters my home. She traumatized him so much she couldn't even give him his medicine and because she couldn't do her job they had to call someone else in to administer the medications and then charged me double each time, twice a day for 5 days and didn't advise me there would be an extra charge. Then when I complained about the charge Lori tried to make me feel like a crappy guardian stating that other pet parents wouldn't have complained about the money as long as their pets were being taken care of. I couldn't get her to understand that that it isn't about the money it is about her communication and taking advantage of me being out of the state,and that she should have at least advised me of the additional fees. I will never use Fetch again. Buggy has not been the same and when I got home I had to take him to the vet because he was so stressed out I didn't think he would make it. They take no responsibility for their actions when they are wrong and try to put it on you. It is not my fault that the second sitter couldn't do her job and someone else had to step in. If you go to Mc Donalds and order food and the girl at the register doesn't know how to run it and they pull someone else in to complete the transaction you don't get charged extra for that.So greedy this company is. In Home Visits
A professional and trusted sitter visits the home for 30 or 60 minutes for a potty break, health check, or just some in-home play time! Visits can include play time with interactive toys, feeding, medication, and litter box cleaning. If needed, basic house care such as mail retrieval and blind rotation can also be included.
"Almost" Overnight Pet Sitting
Ensures that your favorite pets can maintain their routine in the safety and comfort of their own home while you are away. A professional sitter visits the home for a 2-hr visit in the early evening to feed, walk and play with your furry friends or small paws pet. The early evening visit is followed by a 1-hour visit the next morning for a potty break and walk or play. If needed, basic house care such as mail retrieval and blind rotation is included.
Hotel Service
Pets need vacations too, and we all love to bring them with us on our adventures, but sometimes they aren’t welcome everywhere their owners are. A professional sitter or dog walker will arrive at the owner’s hotel to stay with the pet and take them for walks and play time, or pick up the pet for two to four hours of fun play time. Pets return to the hotel healthy, happy, and tired!
Pet Taxi
When you need some help juggling a busy schedule, or just getting your fur baby to the vet, a groomer, daycare, or a friend’s house for a playdate. A reliable and insured sitter will pick-up your pet at the designated location and deliver them safely to their destination on time and in comfort. Round trip service is available.
Overnight In Home Stay
Our local pet sitters care for your pets at your home overnight for 12 hours. Our premier service includes a nearby professional pet sitter who provides evening and morning private dog walks, feeding, litter or cage cleaning, medication administration if needed, plus lots of love and attention! After meeting your professional pet sitter at our free meet and greet the pet sitter will arrive at your home during your normal evening feeding or walking time, typically between 6-8, complete all requested services, spend the night, and leave the next morning after feeding, dog walking, or play time. Basic house-sitting services such as mail and newspaper retrieval, plant watering, light rotation, blinds rotation and home security checks are included at no additional charge. For dogs this service is often paired with a mid-day dog walk or pet sitting visit to give your pooch some extra attention and a break in the middle of the day. Additional pet fees and holiday surcharges may apply.
