Fernando is consistent . Energetic and quite motivating. Encouraging and pushes because he knows I can do the work.
Fernando listens to any and all concerns and adjusts the work out when needed.

Fernando is easily one of the best personal trainers I've ever met. Fernando is the absolutely the best trainer I ever had. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and all around sweetest/funny guy. I have been training with him for 2 months now with the goal of feeling better in my body every day and I feel more motivated than ever. Finding weak points and trying to improve on weak points. I also am a guide as well as a trainer, I will keep you accountable and ask if you've been eating well, exercising consistently and if you're feeling good while doing it.

Consistency, discipline and structure. Make the effort to get to the gym at least 4 time a week to keep your body moving and don't sit still.

Helping people reach limits that they never thought they could reach. Everyone in the beginning has trouble starting and trouble finishing. The in between is where the battle of exercise is usually won.

I lost 80 lbs myself and after I did it for myself I wanted to help others shape their body.

I care about the people I work with and I do my best to keep the workouts safe while pushing you to your limits.

Yes I can do zoom workouts and create an app space to give you things to do on your own.
