It was a pleasure to work with Fernando on the redesign of my apartment. He was very easy to work with—listening closely to my needs, answering all of my questions, and most importantly, bringing an amazing eye for design. He ended up even proposing a reorganization of how I was using spaces, which was something I had never thought of, but made the apartment flow and function much better! More...

We have an initial meeting to discuss space programming, timeline and budget. Then we follow up with a research to guide the design directions and initial layouts. From there we produce a set of drawings and documents to be used for construction and furniture procurement.

Our work process involves the Client in every step of the project, making sure that design aspirations, timelines and budgets are constantly accounted for.

Creating places that inspire and move our Clients, in accordance with the times, focused on a multidisciplinary and collaborative work method.

We see architecture as a fascinating discipline that converges artistic, design and technical trades to transform spaces for people. Our major inspiration to start our own business was to create our own design process.

Our practice is forward-looking: we work within new and pre-existing conditions, and ensure that places will remain adaptable to a dynamic future.
