I started ordering from here earlier this year, quite frequently. The oxtail is amazing. However, i placed a large order today at 3:50pm ad had my order canceled at 7pm. When i called to see why, no answer. This is very sad and disappointing bc i placed this order to be my thanksgiving meal for tomorrow. Horrible customer service. Purchased a $25 certificate for the restaurant, drove 35 mins to the restaurant for them to say they do not accept THEIR advertisement. Basically $25 went down the drain. Very unprofessional business and will be filing a formal complaint. Eat elsewhere!!! More...
