My experience working with Fensu was fantastic from start to finish. We moved into a new construction home that had a partial fence up that was not our style and we needed a full enclosure for our dogs. I met with Mike at the property the first time where he walked me through different design options and placement locations for gates, etc to give us a few options. We then worked with the owner, Chris, to nail down the final shape/length of the fence, who was incredibly patient as we changed our mind a few times on the perimeter location of the fence. Once it came time to install, our project manager Tony was incredibly communicative about how the removal of old fence and installation of new fence was going - compounded by me being out of the country, he was respectful of the time difference and made sure I was in the know for the entire (and fast!) project.If you need a new fence, look no further than the team at Fensu - we couldn't be happier with the end result and are excited to enjoy our yard for years to come! I received a hand-drawn picture of a fence and an un-itemized quotation for $13.6K for two pieces (20-feet) of fence for a condo patio (yes a patio folks! !) from Hristopher after Mike visited my property. Â When Mike visited, he showed me no styles, options, etc. Â Just measured. Â As the amount made no sense (I had obtained quotations from two other fence companies), I tried to get Hristopher to break the quotation down so I could understand what the differences could possibly be. Â He emailed "we do not charge per foot but per job. materials are about 45% of the total and the rest is labor." Â That's a lot of labor! Â All the other companies gave me quotations in the range of $6-7k. Â So, caveat emptor (buyer beware)! More...

We used FENSU to replace a stockade fence around our 2-family residence in Boston in March 2022. Their bid was not the cheapest, but we went with them because they offered solutions for working around a tree and a stump on the property line instead of telling us to hire a different company to deal with those things. ... It took us many months to decide on a fence company. Every time I contacted the office, my questions were answered courteously and promptly. Once we were ready, Fensu was able to accommodate our scheduling request. The crew was polite and came when they said they would. We're particular about our garden, and the crew helped us move some heavy planter things and "replanted" one of those poles for hanging plants that had to get moved during "take-down." Maybe it's nothing to the guys, but it's greatly appreciated from my vantage point. The fence materials are high-quality and it has been installed properly, so I won't need a new fence for 25 years. But to you who are looking: I do recommend these guys. The difference in price between FENSU and the cheaper guys, over 25 years is negligible. More...

We had a full fence installation on our property last week, and I can't say enough about the Fensu team and their work. Over the course of three days of massive work, the three-person team took out our old, rotting fence and installed a beautiful, solid new cedar fence around our home. They checked in with me when major decisions needed to be made or questions arose and were extremely sensitive to being sure that the fence fell clearly within our (rather confusing) property lines. One of the fence lines took the fence right through a favorite tree in our backyard, and the crew found a way to build the fence around the tree while taking good care of it-- making it look like a featured work of art! I also appreciated how clear the quote for work was and how easy it was to work with Chris in the main office; he was always communicative and helpful. The entire Fensu team was friendly and professional and we are so grateful for the construction team's work, which has totally changed the look and feel of our backyard space. More...

A storm blew some fence sections down a year ago. I purchased some fence posts, but didn't get around to doing the repair myself. Realizing it'd be more than I could handle, I called around to various fence companies. Most other companies weren't interested or were flat out refusing to do the work. Fensu, on the other hand, asked for more detail, which I texted their way. They offered a reasonable quote, so we went with them after putting down a deposit. They said they were booked out a few weeks, but within a few days, they said they could stop by sooner. They got the job done earlier than I expected without any hassle, even using the posts I provided. I would not hesitate to use Fensu again whenever the need arises. Would recommend. More...

Fensu recently installed a beautiful cedar fence and gating at my property in Charlestown. I cannot say enough about how much I love my fence! Not only does it look fantastic but I also feel extremely secure. Tony and his crew were great - they were so helpful and respectful, even when dealing with a couple of tricky neighbor issues.
