I hired Juan and his crew to paint the interior of our home after the close of escrow before we moved in. They had a very tight timeline that also required coordination with a flooring contractor. Juan was awesome. He was the most responsive contractor I've worked with, and we communicated well throughout the whole job. He also subcontracted a drywall guy to do some work prior to painting, handling all of that communication and timing as well. Just had my house (exterior) repainted by Felix and his excellent crew. Joelle did a great job fixing any problem spots with the fascia. High quality paint with two coats on every surface. I have hired Felix's Painting to paint the exterior of my house, the decks and to replace some wooden parts on the outside of my house. Â They also replaced the door to the tool shed and repaired the stairs to the deck and the fence, they also did some painting inside of my house. Felix and his team did an amazing job in painting our house exterior! His team is very thorough, meticulous and they really enjoy doing their work. He was reciprocative through text and emails and always kept us updated. His quote was most reasonable and he used the highest quality paint compared to others.After the initial prep work, his team was accommodating to weather changes. They prepared our house with so much detail and care.The priming and painting job was very well done. Javier was the main lead on our project. Juan was very responsive and straightforward. He stopped by everyday his crew was working, and made sure things went smoothly. Any misunderstandings we had were resolved immediately. They installed trim around all my windows and entrances, replaced rotted wood siding, washed and painted the exterior - our home def feels like new. Well Felix's Painting bid was competitive and he pointed out boards that needed replacement as part of his bid. His crew was on time, hard working and cordial. Felix and his painters just wrapped-up the exterior painting of our 2-story home in Danville. Â They were meticulous and never seemed to take breaks!
